What is n8n and why do you use it?

n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform. We are a certified n8n partner. We use it because it gives us full control over the automation infrastructure, can be self-hosted for security-sensitive clients, and integrates with virtually any system through its API node. It is not a black box.

What does an engagement typically look like?

Most engagements start with a focused automation project (from $5,000) with a defined scope and production deployment. Many clients then move into Automation Operations, a monthly retainer (from $5,000/month) where we own and evolve the automation layer as your business grows.

How is this different from hiring a developer to build integrations?

A developer builds a point-to-point integration and moves on. We build an automation layer with monitoring, error handling, and ongoing support. When your operations change, the automations evolve with them. We also bring 1,000+ workflow builds of pattern recognition to the architecture, which means fewer dead ends and faster deployment.
